What is Body Groove?

Developed in 2007 by Misty Tripoli, the founder of The World Groove Movement™, Body Groove is a simple, unique and exciting dance experience that nurtures the body, mind, heart and soul. Groove is inclusive, no matter what your size, shape, gender, age or fitness level*.

No dance experience is required – if you can move, then you can Groove!

At Groove, simple moves unite the class – there are no complicated routines to learn. You are invited to be as expressive as you would like and dance the moves in your own unique way. Your way is the right way – there is no right or wrong way to dance!

Your Facilitator

Passionate about all genres of dance from a young age, Nicole discovered the beautiful simplicity of Groove in 2017. Wanting to incorporate this joyful and meditative dance experience into Paragon Holistics’ existing therapies, Nicole became a fully certified Groove facilitator and is training to become a Groove Designer. She is also an active member of the Groove global community.

No expensive dance shoes and clothing are needed. Whether Grooving in barefoot or trainers, leggings or shorts, you simply need to be able to move comfortably.
